Returns & Exchanges:

  • Domestic orders are eligible for exchange within 15 days of delivery.
  • The following goods are not eligible for exchange: custom made designs, engraved designs, half and quarter size rings, final sale designs, promotional gifts and gift cards.
  • We'll gladly accept unworn or defective designs for return within 15 days of delivery.

  • The following goods are not eligible for return: custom made designs, engraved designs, half and quarter size rings, final sale designs, promotional gifts and gift cards.

  • We understand holiday gift purchases linger in their packaging untouched until the special day. For that reason, orders placed between Cyber Monday and Christmas will have until January 7th to request a return or exchange.

Returns:

  • To initiate a return or exchange contact us at info@wearebonvie.com. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your request.

Processing Refunds:

  • The value of your purchase less the cost of shipping will be refunded back to your payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do our best to process refunds within 1 week of receiving the item. PayPal purchases see the refund amount credited back to their account instantly. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover purchases can take up to 72 hours to post the refunded amount back on your credit card.

Repair Warranty:

  • Every order is granted one complimentary repair within 6 months of the purchase date. This applies to each piece of jewelry in the order, i.e. if you purchased three necklaces, each necklace is eligible for a free repair. Our repair warranty does not cover lost charms, gemstones or diamonds. In these cases, we will gladly repair the broken piece free of charge, but you will be quoted the cost of replacing missing parts.
  • Discontinued items are also eligible for a complimentary repair within 6 months, but we cannot guarantee the parts required to fix the design will be on hand. In these cases, we will offer a refund of the discounted price less shipping costs.
