We are happy to refund or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unopened and undamaged. We cannot refund postage costs. Once we receive your return we will refund your account which you paid with (excluding postage costs).
If you receive your order and you find it is damaged, please contact us at info@wearebonvie for a return and replacement of your item. We will refund you your postage costs to get your order back to us!
To organize a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com. We can only organize a return, exchange or refund with the person who placed the order. If you received your stockings as a gift, kindly as the person who ordered them to contact us.

Once we receive your return and if it is undamaged and unopened, we will send you an exchange notification or refund your account (minus shipping costs). If they are damaged, we will send a replacement and refund your shipping costs to your account which you made the order with.
Late or missing returns or refunds:
We recommend sending you order back to Swedish Stockings using a tracking service as we cannot take responsibility for items that go missing in the mail.If you refund hasn't been received in your account within 7 days of us notifying you that we have processed it, please contact your bank as there is often some processing time.
